My name is Ana Sofia Saez-Ortiz and I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. I’m currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Communications at Florida International University.
In 2023, I officially began my professional journey in education. In 2024, I joined Pineview Preschools and it has been a truly rewarding experience. I started as an assistant teacher and was later promoted to assistant director. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity and for the personal and professional growth I’ve experienced along the way.
I’m passionate, driven, and committed to achieving great things in this field. I believe age should never limit our goals. I’m excited to continue learning, growing, and making a positive impact in the lives of children and families. Working at Pineview has been a meaningful journey. Each day brings new lessons, cherished moments, and opportunities to grow—and I carry those experiences with me with gratitude and pride.

My name is Lia Vazquez. I was born in Miami, FL, and come from a proud Cuban heritage. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2024 and I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Speech Pathology. For the past three years, I’ve worked in the Early Childhood Education field. My passion for working with children inspired me to transition from the medical office setting into education.
Becoming part of the Pineview family has been a truly rewarding experience, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be here. Our school is a warm, welcoming environment where every child and family is valued. We prioritize each child’s development, safety, and well-being. I’m honored to be part of their journey and look forward to continuing this meaningful work alongside an exceptional team.

I am an experienced educator from Miami, FL, with a passion for early childhood education and a degree in English Literature and English Education I sought to bring education to a higher level that was immersive and fun. For the past ten years, I have dedicated myself to the early childhood education field, with nearly eight of those years spent at Pineview, first as a Pre-K 4 teacher and now as an Assistant Director. I feel deeply inspired every day by the commitment of both the administration and staff, who share a collective passion for nurturing young minds and encouraging children to explore and reach their full potential.

I’m thrilled to be part of the Pineview Preschool family! Born and raised in Miami, Florida, I’ve spent over five years working with children in various roles from teaching dance in preschools and studios to assisting in Montessori classrooms and serving as an assistant director for more than three years. I’m currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree at Florida International University to become a speech-language pathologist, as helping children grow, communicate, and thrive is my greatest passion. Pineview Preschool holds a special place in my heart because of its warm, nurturing environment and the joy of seeing little ones flourish every day. I feel so grateful to be part of a team that truly prioritizes each child’s development, and I’m excited to continue making a positive impact here!

I was born and raised in Miami, FL, with Cuban roots. My background is in Early Childhood Education and Exceptional Education, and I have spent 20 years in the education field. I spent 12 years teaching and have been in administration for 6 years. I’ve been with Pineview since June 2019.
The saying “do what you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life” couldn’t be truer for me here at Pineview. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness. It’s a place where every day is filled with magic, joy, love, and growth. Everyone- children, families, visitors, and staff—feels like part of the Pineview family. Our school and administrative team are committed to the professional development of our staff, offering them opportunities to grow their knowledge, education, and training in the field. I’m beyond grateful to be part of such an extraordinary environment, not only as an administrator but also as a mother who gets to experience the incredible impact Pineview has on my child—it’s truly priceless.

I am originally from Argentina, where I graduated as an English teacher. Before moving to the U.S. in 2013, I taught English at an institute and provided private lessons. After relocating, I worked as a private childcare provider for two families, which deepened my passion for early childhood education.
My preschool journey began in 2015 as a toddler assistant teacher, and in 2017, I joined Pineview Preschools as a toddler assistant teacher. Later that same year, I transitioned to the role of PreK3 lead teacher. In 2018, I had the privilege of stepping into the director’s position.
I love working at Pineview because, as a staff member, I feel supported and appreciated, and as a mom, I truly believe it is the best, safest, and happiest place for my daughter to grow and learn.

My name is Natalia Zajdman, and I’m originally from Argentina. I’m a proud mother of two beautiful boys, and I’ve been living in Miami for several years now. Teaching has always been my passion—ever since I was a little girl, I would play teacher and dream of one day becoming one myself. That childhood dream became my reality when I earned my degree in Early Childhood Education.
When I moved to Miami, I worked for 10 years as a lead teacher in an inclusion classroom at a school for children with disabilities. The opportunity to support and nurture children with special needs was truly one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. After I became a mom, I decided to find a school that would not only provide a nurturing environment for my children but also offer me the opportunity to continue growing professionally. That’s when I found Pineview Preschools. I immediately fell in love with the school’s warm, inviting atmosphere, its clean, creative spaces, and its commitment to providing the best for children.
I feel incredibly fortunate to work in such a dedicated, caring school for the past 13 years, and I’m excited to continue this journey for many more years to come. There’s no greater joy than helping shape the future, one child—and one teacher—at a time.

I was born and raised in Miami with Cuban roots. With over a decade of experience working with children, I’ve developed a passion for supporting young learners. I began my educational journey at Florida International University, where I earned an Associate’s degree in Elementary Education and later completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Since joining Pineview’s administration in 2018, I’ve loved being part of a team that fosters a warm, nurturing environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. I find great joy in helping children discover their strengths, build confidence, and explore the world around them. Every day brings new questions, new laughter, and new opportunities to make a difference in a child’s life—and that’s what makes this work so meaningful to me. As part of the administrative team, I’ve also gained valuable experience in school operations and supporting both staff and families, all while helping to create a positive, collaborative school culture where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and connected.

I was born and raised in Miami, Florida with Cuban heritage. I’ve been happily married for 14 years and am a devoted mother to two wonderful children. My family has been my greatest support system throughout my personal and professional journey. With their support, I was able to complete my bachelor’s degree in Early Elementary Education from Florida International University in 2022.
My passion for education began early in childhood. I used to love playing “teacher,” and it was clear from a young age that teaching was my calling. My biggest inspiration has always been my mother, a dedicated preschool teacher for 23 years. She showed me that teaching is not just a job, but a purpose rooted in passion, care, and joy. Watching her, it confirmed what I already knew: I wanted to follow in her footsteps and make a difference in the lives of children.
After eight years of classroom teaching, I took a leap of faith and accepted the position of Preschool Director at Pineview Preschools. This role allowed me to expand my impact—supporting not only children but also teachers, staff, and families. From the moment I walked into Pineview for my interview, I felt an overwhelming sense of belonging. That feeling has only grown stronger over the past 11 years.
Working at Pineview has been an incredible journey. The school’s commitment to nurturing and inspiring children shines through in every smile and every success. Both of my children are proud Pineview alumni, and I wouldn’t have chosen anywhere else for their early education. I’m honored to continue this journey every day with Pineview Preschools—serving our children and families with love, dedication, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
